Tolerance among people in the society in the light of the Holy Quran and the Prophet's (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) life

Humans’ living together is both a necessity and a compulsion of humans. Since one person depends on others for various needs and forms of support. This is the reason why man is called a social animal. When people live together, it is necessary to take care of each other's rights and feelings. Islam is a divine religion. All its teachings are revealed from heaven. Islam has given all the teachings of life. Islam has given great teachings by presenting the behavior of justice and ordered people to live with peace and order, dignity and tolerance among themselves. The Islamic divine teachings provide exceedingly noble and lofty principles for human beings. The society that was made on the basis of these teachings became the ideal society of the world. Other societies of the world in which oppression, injustice, classification, pride, arrogance and the tendency to give priority to the powerful are found, but the Islamic society is devoid of these inglorious characteristics. Islam laid the foundations of a society which was admired by Muslims as well as non-Muslims all over the world and tried to adopt its principles for the survival and development of their society. Islam made the greatness of humanity clear by issuing the order of tolerance. According to the teachings of Islam, people living in the same society with the same religion and culture or opposite religion and culture, same race and color or opposite race and color, same ideas, actions or opposite ideas and actions etc. Despite differences, everyone should be treated equally in crucial matters such as justice, equality, compassion, grief, solidarity, tolerance and the protection of rights. Everyone should get protection of life, dignity and property. A look at Islamic teachings makes it clear that Islam is a religion by nature. Islam has given such teachings to humanity that if a person understands and acts, it is far from robbing and killing other human beings, but he should not even dare to rebuke anyone. If a person follows the teachings of the Qur'an, the Prophet's (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) life and the Hadiths of the Holy Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم), then an atmosphere of peace and order and tolerance will be established in the society. The society will transform into a harmonious collective marked by mutual love, peace, welfare, goodness and brotherhood.
