The recognition of halal and haram is God's command. The Shariah rules of Halal and Haram are related to all areas of Islamic life. It is one of the duties of a Muslim to observe Halal and Haram in all these areas especially food and clothing are the basic needs of every Muslim. Recognition of halal and haram in these two things, making concessions and taking practical precautions is obligatory upon every Muslim as much as necessary. According to this need, the establishment of "Halal Authorities" in the world is being implemented very fast. Especially Muslims living in non-Muslim countries have started relying on the "Logo" of Halal authorities to identify Halal and Haram products. They try to avoid anything that doesn't have a halal sign on it. This sentiment is very good. The domain of halal and haram is wide and broad, but nowadays it refers to the halal and haram of food, medicines, decorative items and some other products. Although this is a limited concept of halal and haram, but a regular knowledge has come into being on this concept which is called Fiqh Al-Halal and Al-Haram. At present two governmental organizations are working related to Halal and Haram, one is Pakistan Standard and Quality Control Authority and the other is Pakistan National and Accreditation. In this paper, the halal ordinances of different countries have been reviewed while defining the scope of the research. In which Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Indonesia and other countries have been mentioned.
